Tip #1: Don’t spend so much!
When you’re first starting out, I know how tempting it is to want to start buying every cool looking item and upgrading every time you hit a new level. But you probably don’t need even half the things you buy. You should probably upgrade your weapon every 5-10 levels, and your armor even less. You should be able to find plenty of cool items and armor through looting and completing quests anyway, so remember: save, save, save!
Tip #2: Buy Low & Sell High
The Auction House is your friend, and if you know how to use it, it can become one of the best ways for you to make easy money in World of Warcraft. You can sell just about anything at the Auction House for some amount, so make sure to keep just about everything you loot off your enemies. For example, one piece of linen cloth you loot might not be worth much, but once you get a bundle of 20 together, you can sell it on the Auction House for some quick money.

Tip #3: Choose your professions wisely
Choose two professions that go together, like skinning and herbalism. These professions are great for making easy gold in WoW, because skinning is as easy as looting and you can find herbs just about anywhere. You can then sell the materials you gather pretty quickly through Auction House, and if you want something made for you, you can just ask someone in your guild who’s a tailor or leatherworker to make you whatever it is you need since you already have all the materials necessary!
Making money in World of Warcraft isn’t nearly as hard as people might think, and with a little creative thinking and some grinding, you should be able to start making easy gold in no time.
