World of Warcraft Guide – How to Earn Thousands of Gold in Just One Week

The one thing that WoW players can never get enough of is gold. Sometimes it seems that no matter how hard you try, you can never get all the gold you need. And, when you do, you probably spend it more quickly than you earn it! How can you make tons of gold in World of Warcraft and never run out of it?

Here are some important tips that will help you.

Running through instances. There are plenty of instances in WoW, all of which provide great farming opportunities. You can get tons of items to disenchant if you’re an enchanter. If you’re not, you can sell them for great money at the auction house. Have a higher level player help you run all the way through if you need help. Even soloing instances for as long as you can before dying will be worth the effort. You can get great loot in a short amount of time!

Gathering professions.

Herbalism, mining, and skinning are examples of gathering professions. There’s no limit to the number of plants, minerals, and skins you can gather. And, if you know where to look, you can accumulate many in no time at all! Take them to the auction house and sell them to other players who need them for crafting purposes. You can also save some for yourself just in case you decide to link a crafting profession to your gathering one.

Herbalism and alchemy.

You can mix these two professions up and make some decent gold. You can use half of your plants to create potions and sell the other half. You will be saving a lot of gold in the long run by making your own potions and elixirs. As you level up, you can sell any lower level potions that you didn’ t use to other players.

Profit at the auction house.

While at the auction house, if you ever come across any underpriced items, BUY them! Even if you don’t need them, buy them anyway so that you can resell them for more. There are even add-ons you can get that will automatically keep track of auctions for you, notifying you whenever a great deal comes up. You’ll be surprised at how low some people try to sell some items, clothing, and even weapons!

Secondary characters.

Make a secondary character for every race on the same server as your main character. Take each character to the nearest city and make sure they have enough money to buy cheap items at every auction house possible. Quickly mail those items to your main character and resell them. You can also simply teleport back and forth between each city if you’re a mage.

Grinding.

Sure, most WoW players find grinding boring, but it’s still a great way to stack up on items and gold. Try grinding in areas that contain enemies no more than two levels below you. If you can, try killing as many as you can that are two levels higher than you. Just as long as you have plenty of potions, you shouldn’t have much trouble. You’ll be amazed at how quickly the loot will stack up!

Chests.

Anywhere there is a group of enemies, there is usually a chest in the vicinity containing good items. Always be on the lookout for them, and right click them whenever you can in order to add the contents to your inventory. Unfortunately, they are usually surrounded by the mobs, so you may have to kill them all in order to gain access to the chest. Still, you will benefit from the drops after you kill all of the mobs. The drops and the treasure will be worth the fighting.

If you want gold in World of Warcraft, you need to follow these tips. You can earn hundreds of gold a week if you’re a new or mid-level player. You can work your way up to earning thousands a week as you level up even higher!
