Running through instances. There are plenty of instances in WoW, all of which provide great farming opportunities. You can get tons of items to disenchant if you’re an enchanter. You’ll be surprised at how low some people try to sell some items, clothing, and even weapons!

Secondary characters.

Make a secondary character for every race on the same server as your main character. Take each character to the nearest city and make sure they have enough money to buy cheap items at every auction house possible. Quickly mail those items to your main character and resell them. You can also simply teleport back and forth between each city if you’re a mage.

Grinding.

Sure, most WoW players find grinding boring, but it’s still a great way to stack up on items and gold. Try grinding in areas that contain enemies no more than two levels below you. If you can, try killing as many as you can that are two levels higher than you. Just as long as you have plenty of potions, you shouldn’t have much trouble. You’ll be amazed at how quickly the loot will stack up!

Chests.

Anywhere there is a group of enemies, there is usually a chest in the vicinity containing good items. Always be on the lookout for them, and right click them whenever you can in order to add the contents to your inventory. Unfortunately, they are usually surrounded by the mobs, so you may have to kill them all in order to gain access to the chest. Still, you will benefit from the drops after you kill all of the mobs. The drops and the treasure will be worth the fighting.
