First let’s take a look at what a leveling guide will do for you.
A leveling guide is a guide that will help you level up your character faster than you normally do. How is that done you might ask? Is there a secret mob I should kill to get an insane amount of xp or should I take an advantage of a glitch in the game to level up faster?
No! You should play the game the way it was created…
…Through quests!
Questing is the secret to level up fast.
A leveling guide is like a big map of the quests you need to complete in order to level up in the fastest possible way. From lvl 1 to lvl 70.
Some of the level guides show you what to do through videos others use text and photos. Before I go deeper into which guides that are worth looking at… I want to give you a series of valuable leveling tips.
The tips will help you level faster, but also help you become a better world of warcraft player.

Leveling Tip #1 Autoloot
If you haven’t already done this you should turn it on in the interface options. The autoloot option allows you to loot a single mob with one click. You will save a lot of time if you have this option turned on. Time you can use to complete more quests.
Leveling Tip #2 Green Quests
Do the green quests. They are your best friends. They are easy and it goes fast to complete them. They also gives you good xp. You should stay away from red quests. You will only spend more time completing it and the xp received wont justify the time it took.
Leveling Tip #3 Avoid Instances
Instances are fun to do but not when it comes to leveling up fast. Often the mobs in instances are harder but gives you the same xp. You should do quests that doesn’t involve instancing. But it’s a matter of taste.
Leveling Tip #4 Quick Quest Text
This is also an interface option. You don’t have to wait for the text to be written until you can accept the quest. Instead the text is written at once and you can accept it right away.

Leveling Tip #5 Run Away Tip
If you have low health and you feel that you are going to lose the battle against a mob, you can use this neat trick to run away. When you are running away strafe left & right very fast. The mob is following your exact path and by strafing left, right fast you slow him down and you can outrun him.
Leveling Tip #6 Use Macros
Macros and shortcuts for spells and special abilities are a must. Combat becomes so much easier if you have set up a macro for a special combo move. You can avoid many deaths by doing this. So instead of clicking a spell every time you want to cast it, you can press a key on your keyboard.
Leveling Tip #7 Stock Up Before Heading Out
This is really important. You don’t want to turn around to IF because you have forgotten to bring reagents to your spells. Also before you head out, make sure to have at least 60 – 100 stacks of both water and food. Make sure you update the food every 15, 25, 35 and 45 level. You will rest up much quicker if you have the highest level of food available.
These tips are quite handy and will help you become a greater player.
