Like a few others the first one I picked up had the wires pulled out the back and could not be recognized by my computer as a USB device. I had to go back and trade it in. Now I have an even bigger issue. It installed just fine, even prompted me for registration, but when I open the Audio Control Panel it does not show up, so it has essentially become a $40 CTRL ALT DEL button under my desk. I have tried everything suggested on the help files and even contacted customer support with no response. Do yourself a favor and buy something that doesnt have a World of Warcraft sticker glued to it that falls off at the slightest touch.

Like the first reviewer upon opening the box I saw that the plastic at the connection point for the usb cable had come unglued and the wires were exposed. Not acceptable for a $30 addon that is more of a luxury to than a neccesity when using the headphone. Very disappointed that creative and Blizz would allow a product to be shipped in such a state.

Well I unpacked the Tap and where the USB wire connects to the tap the plastic connection had come unglued. Easy enough to fix myself, or I could send it back. For $30 on top of the cost of the headset I expected better. Something carrying the Creative and Warcraft name should have more quality to it. There are better made foot taps for the price.
