Dragonflight Review - World of Warcraft

Whether you’re new to the world of Warcraft or a veteran, the Dragonflight expansion will challenge you with a host of new content, including a new continent, a new raid, and a new class. If you’re a fan of the series, this will be a game you’ll definitely want to check out.

Evoker

Those who are already familiar with World of Warcraft, know that Dragonflight has released a new class in the form of Dracthyr Evoker. The new class is the first class in the game to combine both a race and a class. While it is not as groundbreaking as the Brewmaster specialization in Mists of Pandaria, it does come with a couple of nice racial abilities.

The Evoker class is a spell caster, with the ability to specialize in either the Red or Blue schools of magic. It can also focus on single target damage. In addition to this, the class has Empowered spells, which can be charged up by holding down a hotkey.

The Evoker is a very mobile class with a few different movement skills. Its most notable abilities include Soar, which launches it high into the air, allowing the character to cover large distances.

Primal Incarnates

During the cataclysmic war, Primalists fought against dragons and lost. The resulting corruption was the source of their discontent. Now, their zealots have breached the Vault of the Incarnates and are threatening to release dangerous inmates. It is up to the heroes of Azeroth to stop Raszageth and her forces.

The Primalists believe that dragons should be served by mortals. They are the wisest of the Primalist factions, and they are willing to unleash powerful primal magic. Especially on Mythic difficulties, this encounter is quite challenging.

The Vault of the Incarnates is a raid dungeon located in the Thaldraszus region. It’s the first new raid in the Dragonflight expansion. It will feature eight boss encounters, as well as three wings. It will have four standard difficulty levels, and will require a Raid Finder minimum item level of 359 to enter.

Ohn’ahran Plains

Located in the green Dragonflight region, the Ohn’ahran Plains are a lush zone with rolling hills, groves, and valleys. The area is named after the wild god of the wind, Ohn’ahra. Known for its rolling hills and verdant vegetation, the region is home to green Dragonflight and centaurs.

The story in the Ohn’ahran Plains revolves around the centaur clans. As the player progresses in the region, they will encounter new lore and meet prominent lore figures. During the campaign, they will learn about the centaur’s history and mystic powers. They will help the residents of the area battle against Primalists.

As the player progresses in the region, he or she will assist each centaur clan. The first centaur clan that you will encounter is Clan Shikaar. During the quest, you will also encounter Sansok Khan, a deaf leader of the Clan Shikaar.

Grinds

XP grinds in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight can be completed in two ways. One method is to simply do mob kills. If you are not having a good time with quests, this is an option for you. Depending on what level you are at, you can either farm in the main hub zone or go out and do side quests.

Another way to farm is to do reputation grinds. This is where you increase your XP with certain factions. For example, the Wrathian faction has a reputation farm you can complete. To do this, you have to kill monsters quickly and loot them for their key fragments. Then, you have to repackage those fragments into a key. After you have done this, you can turn it in to your faction leader and receive rewards.

Visual design

During Patch 6.1 in February 2015, World of Warcraft Dragonflight added some accessibility options, including colorblindness filters. In addition, there is a section within the game’s accessibility menu that allows players to access the options they need. This is a great feature, especially for players who are visually impaired. It creates a level playing field and makes the game easier to navigate.

Dragonflight offers some unique and interesting features that will make your experience a memorable one. The new ability to fly in the game from the beginning of the expansion will give you a unique perspective on the world.

Another notable feature is the class tree. Aside from being a place to pick up useful abilities for content, it’s also a place to discover your character’s talents. You can pick from two different trees – a class tree and a specialization tree. The class tree contains all the core abilities of each class.
